Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after purchase, without giving any reason.

After completing your booking, you will gain access to your Snappshot environment, allowing you to set everything up and prepare in advance. Taking and sharing photos can start from the start date you selected during your booking. From that moment on, the execution of our service begins.

As long as the taking and sharing of photos has not yet started, you may exercise your right of withdrawal. If the service starts within 14 days after purchase, the right of withdrawal expires at the moment the service begins.

We will refund the paid amount within 14 days after receiving your cancellation request, provided that the service has not yet started.
